Meet Hollie and Shelby

Meet the Family
III Generations Southern BBQ Sauce began with a family recipe and a simple belief: good food brings people together.
Growing up, Hollie watched her mother make barbecue sauce from scratch in the family kitchen. It was the sauce served at cookouts, shared around the dinner table, and requested again and again by friends and family.
What began in Momma’s kitchen eventually became something Hollie knew was worth sharing.
Meet Hollie
Hollie leads III Generations and oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, sales, product development, retail partnerships, and continued growth.
She has personally brought nearly every retailer and wholesale customer into the III Generations family and manages all customer development and retail relationships throughout Texas. From introducing the products and conducting live demonstrations to supporting stores after the sale, Hollie is the driving force behind the company and its Texas market.
More than building a business, Hollie is building a lasting legacy for Momma. Her purpose is to honor the woman behind the original recipe, preserve the family traditions that started around Momma’s kitchen table, and ensure her story continues for generations to come.
Every product that carries the III Generations name is part of that promise.
Meet Shelby
Shelby represents the next generation of the family business. She brings fresh ideas, business development experience, and a natural ability to build lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
From introducing III Generations to new communities to helping shape the future of the brand, Shelby plays an essential role in carrying the family legacy forward.
Three Generations. One Family Recipe.
Together, Hollie and Shelby are building on the foundation Momma created—honoring the original recipe while developing new sauces, rubs, and flavors for today’s cooks.
Every bottle represents three generations of family, determination, and time spent together around good food.
We’re proud to share a little piece of our family table with yours.
You know it’s good, ’cause Momma made it!
